I'm about to start my first cycle, and I have some questions on how to get big.
I wonder how to train, should I train extremely heavy with 3-4 reps per set, or should I train like I have done before using 6-10 reps.
Any other tips about the first cycle would be very thankful.
If its any help i'm gomma use "Nerobol" pills.
