I am about to start my first cycle. I am looking for suggestion on a work out program. I know how to work out normally. When I got me gear on the go. Do i increase my reps or my sets or both and by how much.I usally do a 3 day split should i go 4,5,6,7. All suggestions are welcomed and appreciated
