A friend of mine at the gym suggested that I try 200mg of Deca-Durabolin (im) per
week for 10 weeks.
My goal is to LOOSE SOME FAT and GAIN SOME MUSCLE (imagine that, right?!?)
If I only take 200mg of Deca per week and work out hard how much should I eat? I
know I have to eat right, but should I take in more than 2500 calories per day?
I'm 5'10", 200lbs, at about 17% body fat (probably).
Help!
