: Strong androgens which do not convert to estrogen (i.e. trenbolones) are the only AS which exhibit strong anabolic AND fat burning properties. Once estrogen levels go up in the body, so do fat deposits. Unless you can get your hands on a good (mind you side effect ridden) cycle of parabolan/finaplix I would cancel the idea of getting Bigger and Leaner at the same time. Certain people do have metabolisms (leaner build) which make such possible (I'm included), but by the fact that you need to lose fat I'll gamble your not in this group. Deca 200-400 mg week plus high calorie/low fat diet is good for bulk up with not too much fat gain. A seperate low calorie (high protien) cutting cycle should be used to trim up on the previously gained muscle. Primobolan is known as a great anabolic when restricting calories.
