: There is a good article on DNP in the latest issue
: of Peak Training Journal. The article is an excerp
: taken from one of Dan Duchaine's Seminars. According
: to the article - "the dosages of DNP are between 3
: to 5 milligrams per kilogram of lean body mass. For
: example, if you weigh 100 kilos, which is 220 pounds
: of lean body mass, that means you just multiply the
: 100 by 5 milligrams wich is 500 milligrams of DNP
: every day. By taking 500 milligrams of DNP everyday,
: it will raise your metabolism by 50 percent."
: It would be a good ideal to pick up this article if
: you can since it also talks about the dangers - you
: could die from too high a dose because it can raise
: your body temperature so high as to fry your
: insides. He also suggests taking the DNP before
: bed since it depletes cells of ATP which will make
: you lethargic.
Gymrat, where can I get this article? Over the holidays I will have access to a library
that I can research material back in the 1930's. I plan on checking out for real the dosages.
I have to admit I'm a little nervous about this compound because of the talk of its dangers.
Have you tried DNP? I would like some first hand knowledge so I can be sure of dosages. I
will inform you of my research to confirm your information.
thanks for the response!
