There is a good article on DNP in the latest issue
of Peak Training Journal. The article is an excerp
taken from one of Dan Duchaine's Seminars. According
to the article - "the dosages of DNP are between 3
to 5 milligrams per kilogram of lean body mass. For
example, if you weigh 100 kilos, which is 220 pounds
of lean body mass, that means you just multiply the
100 by 5 milligrams wich is 500 milligrams of DNP
every day. By taking 500 milligrams of DNP everyday,
it will raise your metabolism by 50 percent."
It would be a good ideal to pick up this article if
you can since it also talks about the dangers - you
could die from too high a dose because it can raise
your body temperature so high as to fry your
insides. He also suggests taking the DNP before
bed since it depletes cells of ATP which will make
you lethargic.
