I go to the gym 5 or 6 days per week for a couple of months and then take a week off.
I don't even do cardio during that time. Well, I can be honest, I *never* do cardio
anyway because I hate that shit.
Sometimes I just get really tired and feel like I need time to rest for a little
while. Is this a good idea?
