Vancenase(Becloethasone) is a corticosteroid used as an antinflammatory by nasal inhalation. Don't worry about catabolism if taken as prescribed. The benefits to risk ratio are extremely low. The only way catabolism from systemic absorbtion can take place is if you abuse this agent.
