: Hypothetically, If someone is doing a cycle, should his workout change to compensate for the increased muscle recovery? Let's say that someone is currently doing a 4-day split with two days on and one day off. Should he change to a 4 day split with 4 on and 1 off? Does he need to rest while on cycle? Also, If someone has been eating like a f#*@ing horse to gain size naturally and has gained some fat, is the cycle going to help him to get rid of the fat? Should he eat differently while on the juice?
Well this all depends on what juice you are using. I have been training only three days a week with highly intense workouts and I am on deca, d-bol, and test enth. I have gained more strength this way than when I was training 4-5 days a week balls out. I have been doing my cycle for about 9 weeks now and will probably stop in a few, for awhile. I train chest and arms on Monday, shoulders and back on Wednesday, and legs on Friday. I have been doing this routine now for 5 weeks and have gone up 50lbs on the incline DB press and have gone up 55lbs on the leg press.
My program (3 days/week) I train the chest with 2 exercises and then move on to my bi's for 2 exercises, then my tri's for 2. Remember "High Intensity." Get someone to spot you and grab a weight that you can only do 4-6 reps with. Do 4 sets, then move on to the next item. Do the same for the other body parts. Trust me, this routine works great and your not in the f*#ckin' gym all day.
Now as far as gaining weight or cutting fat, this once again depends on what your taking. Test will give you bulk and Deca will give you size and cut fat. I'm not going for bulk, so I haven't been eating like a horse and have not gained any weight at all. However, I have lost a lot of body fat % and I have really started to cut up. Even my friends don't think I'm on the juice and I keep letting them believe it.
