Hypothetically, If someone is doing a cycle, should his workout change to compensate for the increased muscle recovery? Let's say that someone is currently doing a 4-day split with two days on and one day off. Should he change to a 4 day split with 4 on and 1 off? Does he need to rest while on cycle? Also, If someone has been eating like a f#*@ing horse to gain size naturally and has gained some fat, is the cycle going to help him to get rid of the fat? Should he eat differently while on the juice?
