When i went off to college some 8 months ago i started training now i am going to be home for the summer and i want to put on allot more mass, but i need some help with my routine this is the routine schedule i used to get a base down. .
tuesday-shoulders and back, squats
thursday-chest and arms
saturday-shoulders and arms, squats
sunday-chest and arms
I think this too much for me now it was okay when i started training, but now i am lifting allot more wieght. Feel free to leave a sample routine that would suit me. Also my eating habits are good i supplement 100 grams of whey protein a day to my regular 4 meals a day.
