25 mgs reforvit per day
500 mgs Sost.250 per week
Cycle is into the second week, and I am Fatigued most of the day. I think
my diet is OK, But I could probably eat more.
6 egg whites for breakfast, Twinlabs Wieghtgainer2500
Chicken Breast w/2 cups of rice and veggies for lunch
Chicken breast w/ rice and shrimp for dinner.
Snack on fruit in between.
My concern is that on the last cycle (test/AD50)The strength increases
happened allot sooner. Is there something else I should be adding to
this stack, or just wait another week or so?
