200g-300g/day protein if you're takin that much for real! Figure out your protein intake and it doesn't look like you'd be over 150! Anarchy in the USA!
How does the AS stack look? Good or should I increase
it? Also have you heard anything about that
web page suppliments direct? They have cheap
protein, but I don't want to waste my money.
Also have you heard of a company called
Genitech (spelling?) they make GH, or so I am told
the only stuff I have heard of is Lilley brand.
This Genitech stuff has two types, premixed, and powder
that you have to mix. I have never heard of it before
but that is'nt saying much.
