I know that I feel alot better and don't binge if I take in the fat instead of the carbs. And this lets you get a bigger insulin rush after you workout if you get most of your carbs as simple carbs at that time. If anybody has anecdotal bodyopus stories, help us out! Anarchy in the USA!
