Animal I understand that if your hematocrit level is raised to hi then you have a strong chance of having serios disasters. However I was wondering if there was a safe level of EPO that you could take that wouldn't be life threatning but at the same time being productive. Also I haerd that there are prescription blood thinners that you could take in conjunction with EPO. My main events are the Mile and the Two Mile. As a track runner I stay hydrated throughout the day. If not EPO then could you suggest some other aid that would improve a runners performance, either by raising there level of red blood cells or any other coarse of action. I would greatly appreciate a response, and if you had the time and were willing I was wondering if either you or any one else you feel would be knowledgable to drop me a personal response. Thank YOU.
