: Let's see, heart attack or stroke, heart attack or stroke, or maybe both! The thing to do would be to go altitude for about two weeks and then have your RBC count taken. Also, have it taken before you go up. Then you could use the epo to keep you at that rbc level which would be fairly safe? How old are you? And do you have a team doc or trainer. They should be willing to help you out on this as I don't think it's class III stuff. However, besides possibly some recovery time help, I don't think it would help you as your biggest problem is going to be lactic acid build-up. You could try creatine, test enan (less than 200mg/wk), androstenedione, these cut down on recovery times, and will put on muscle and increase your weight, but the more muscle you have the less likely that individual groups will fail, ie, which is stronger a string or a rope? For lactic acid you could try the baking soda trick, but my favorite has been DCA. It knocked 10 seconds off my 4k TT and I could have knocked off more but
: that was all I needed to win. I also pulled out of my pedal at the start so I figure 15 secs total. It gives you a little headache, but it is worth it! I could be missing some stuff here and you could also try clen and meta and al depending on what is banned or not in your org. That pyruvate might be something to try as well. Once my season starts I'm going to get some! Pyruvate and DCA! I'm gonna hammer some people! Anarchy in the USA!
