HOWEVER I WANT TO GET REALLY BIG, MY FALL COLLEGE SEMESTER IS COMING TO AN END MY FRIENDS ARE GOING TO BE HOME FROM COLLEGE AND I AM GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE TRAIN WITH NOW. I NEED A ROUTINE!!!!!!

Where is your leg stuff! No wonder you can't get big. You need 5x5 or 3-4x6-8 squats at least, plus some STLD's. I'd skip all the 'army' stuff and go heavy on your core exercises. (Bench, sit-ups on a ham glute machine, shrugs, Pull-UPS, rows, shoulder press to front, pullovers) You are wasting your time with inclines as they work the same group as bench. Do all these at least 3x6-8 or 5x5 and if you still feel like you want to do arms you're not going hard enough! Do shrugs on back day, btw. You have to do legs and don't piss around with leg ext. Eat as much protein as you can. too. Anarchy in the USA!
