I AM 18 YEARS OLD AND NEED SOME TRAINING ROUTINES. CURRENTLY I DO 3X8 OF INCLINES SMITH, 2X10 INCLINE FLY, 3X8 DECLINE BENCH, 3X8 CURLS, 2X10 PREACHER, 2X8 CLOSE GRIP, AND 2X10 PRESS DOWN TU AND SAT. THEN 3X8 BEHIND NECK SMITH PRESS, 3X8 UPRIGHT, 2X10 LATERLAS, 2X8 MED PULLDOWN, 2X10 CLOSE GRIP PULLDOWN, 3X8 SEATED PULL INS TH AND SUN. I HAVE GOTEN OKAY RESULTS FROM THIS ROUTINE I HAVE USED FOR 8 MONTHS NOW. HOWEVER I WANT TO GET REALLY BIG, MY FALL COLLEGE SEMESTER IS COMING TO AN END MY FRIENDS ARE GOING TO BE HOME FROM COLLEGE AND I AM GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE TRAIN WITH NOW. I NEED A ROUTINE!!!!!!
