There's no doubt that abs are extremely important to bodybuilding and your overall look. De hecho, if you have big muscles and a fat stomach, you're just another fat guy.....not built at all. So it's no wonder why there is so much emphasis on abdominal training.
Pero en mi opinión, there is a little too much emphasis on ab training, and every bodybuilding writer likes to churn these little gems out whenever they are desperate for material. Do an internet search for abs, ab training, or anything to do with abs and you'll find thousands of websites and articles. So this has me wondering, do we really need all of these articles?
Después de todo, the ultimate ab exercise will always revolve around the crunch or sit-up. You can do them anywhere plus you don't need equipment to do ab exercises. En general, I don't really think that we need all of this information on abdominal training. Especially when it's those stupid magazine articles about how you can "Get your Sexy Six-Pack Now!"
No obstante, it is nice to have such an abundance of information on the subject when you're looking to switch things up a little bit. Now sifting through the abundance of info and finding something worthwhile is the real challenge.....
