Ho sempre pensato che sia bello quando bodybuilding si espande ad altre parti del globo. Detto questo, Sono stato felice di vedere che le Bodybuilding campionati africani sono ancora in corso forte dopo che sono stati tenuti in Accra, Ghana.
In realtà ho scritto un po 'di bodybuilding in Africa nel corso degli ultimi anni, così questa storia sicuramente catturato la mia attenzione. Da quando 2007, the organization that holds the African Bodybuilding Championships has been able to stage a nice event, which offers medals and other prizes to the winners.
And the most interesting thing about African bodybuilding is that many of these guys don't even have proper weight equipment; anziché, they use makeshift weights and equipment. With better weights, Africans might see bodybuilding as their favorite sport!
Sure soccer is still the big sport in Ghana, and probably always will be. But I think that African bodybuilding could possibly become a strong second sport for much of the continent, much like it has in many Middle Eastern countries.
