Just like many other bodybuilders, it’s hard to get me out of the gym when it comes time to work out. After all, gyms have lots of equipment right at your fingertips, so why go around bailing hay and running up mountain sides to build muscle? Okay, that’s a little extreme, but my point is that gyms are a bodybuilder’s best friend in regards to working out.

This being said, it’s still important to get out and switch up your routine once and a while. And one of the recent ways I’ve found of switching up your routine involves doing some “ghetto workouts.” If you’d like a visual, you can check this out.
Assuming you’ve checked the video out, you can see that it involves some pretty creative workouts. Basically, the exercises are only limited to your imagination, and they provide some nice relief to those who aren’t experiencing gains with a current routine.
Of course, I don’t expect people to run around the city doing pull-ups on a bus stop roof or lifting trash cans in the middle of the sidewalk. However, you can incorporate some of the stuff from this video into days when you’re switching things up.
