I want to share with you my secret weapon for fat loss, the one I used myself to lose 10 lbs. of fat -- with no loss of muscle.
In terms of bang-for-your-buck fat loss supplements and drugs, the best is not Clenbuterol, ECA, or Cytomel, but would have to be High Lignan Flax Oil. I've preached this message for years, but recently, I realized I needed to drop about 10 lbs of fat myself. Dus, I reincorporated it into my diet by adding one table spoon to a meal replacement shake and consuming it twice a day. I dropped the weight in only about 6 weken.
Flax oil is the most important food you can consume to strip off every last ounce of bodyfat. That is quite a statement to make, but it's 100% accurate - let me explain why. Some of you may know that there are two essential fatty acids that are necessary for us to maintain optimal health, and also for use to stay alive. They are the Omega-3 fatty acids and the Omega-6 fatty acids. The one that we are primarily concerned about for metabolism is the Omega-3 fatty acids. And the richest source of Omega-3 fatty acids is Flax Oil.
Omega-3 fatty acid is important because it enables the body to make prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are a group of hormone like substances that mediate a wide range of physiological functions, such as metabolism, smooth muscle activity, and nerve transmission. And as I mentioned before, they are important because they are derived from unsaturated fat.
The dieter's dilemma is that the Omega-3 fatty acids are hard to come by from food alone. Zie je, most dietary fat that we consume is highly processed saturated fat. The essential fats in flaxseed oil cause the stomach to retain food for a longer period of time as compared to no-fat or low-fat foods. The addition of Flax Oil to food results in a gradual release of nutritients into the small intestine. The physiological effect is a slow, sustained rise in blood sugar, then a prolonged plateau of blood sugar. Tenslotte, the blood sugar undergoes a slow and gradual drop.

I generally recommend that athletes take one tablespoon of High Lignan Flax Oil per 75lbs of bodyweight. I have worked with some Pro athletes who took up to 10 tablespoons of High Lignan Flax Oil per day and still LOST bodyfat. Flax oil does not convert to bodyfat, not ever. And this fact alone, makes it the perfect supplement for a dieter, and the perfect food for a hardgainer needing a way to increase calories.
Daarnaast, the lignans in Flax Seed Oil have been shown to have potent anti-estrogenic effects. This is of special interest to bodybuilders who are always looking to increase their testosterone to estrogen ratio. Here's one cheap, natural way to do it without putting yourself on the wrong side of the law!
A few points about High Lignan Flax Oil merit consideration.
- High Lignan Flax Oil must be cold expeller pressed and unfiltered to be effective. (Heat will destroy its beneficial properties)
- Forget about capsules, they are heat processed. (And it would take about 14 to equal one tablespoon of liquid oil)
- Flax oil must be fresh. (It goes rancid very quickly and will not be edible, so put it in the refrigerator after opening)
- Not all Flax Oil is high in lignans -- a High Lignan oil will be a rich, dark-brown color, inferior oil will be a pale yellow. (Lignans help increase testosterone levels and are anti-estrogenic)
