Mentre mangia la McDonald, Guadagni Spurlock come 27 libbre perché mangia in giro 5,000 calories a day and doesn't exercise.
in ogni caso, the guy who does Fat Head, Tom Naughton, also goes on a 30-day McDonald's binge; però, he doesn't eat 5,000 calorie al giorno, and he cuts carbs down to around 100 un giorno. This means not ordering french fries or super-sizing meals - both of which Spurlock did.
The idea here is that Naughton is showing what B.S. Super Size me is because Spurlock went out of his way to gain weight. Dopotutto, gaining almost a pound every day is a little excessive by any standards. Fat Head also takes a look at all of the diet myths that exist, including the belief that a low calorie, low fat diet is actually good for you, and that cholesterol is what causes heart attacks.
What's amazing is that the 5'11", 205-pound Naughton managed to lose a few pounds using his McDonald's diet, and he maintains healthy blood pressure as well. Now I'm not advocating that you go out and eat McDonald's assuming you're a bodybuilder like me. But you shouldn't completely cut fat out of your diet either (unless it's trans fat). Anche, you might find Fat Head to be a pretty good movie just like I did.
