Les Championnats de culturisme a conclu récemment à Sofia, Bulgarie, et il y avait peu de surprises avec les résultats. Trois pays qui sont généralement forts dans les sports liés à la formation de poids fini dans les premières places avec la Russie, La Bulgarie et la Turquie tout en tenant le podium.
Bien qu'il soit battu dehors par la Russie pour la première place, Bulgarians were very happy with their finish since they hosted the competition. Bulgaria's best bodybuilder of all-time, Hristomir Hristov, won gold in his weight class of 80 kg, and won the best overall at the show.
Dans tout, there were 300 bodybuilders that showed up to Sofia's National Palace of Culture to compete in the IFBB's biggest event so far this year. Obviously there are bigger events to come, but I always love taking a moment out to check out the international scene and who's faring well.
And seeing as how 4,000 people turned out to watch the event, it's pretty obvious that other people loved checking out the European Bodybuilding Championships too.
