When I started this cycle, I really only had one goal in mind...drop BF without losing lean mass, I\'m currently eating a deficit of 300 calories per day...

I\'m eating super clean 6 days a week... mixed greens and chicken breast, flank steak, or salmon 4 times a day along with 2 MRPS.

I was at 18% BF before starting.. With Epi-Strong...its simple...I\'ve dropped BF while gaining lean mass... PERIOD. Probably could\'ve gained ALOT more if I wasnt on a caloric deficit, but I accomplished what I wanted to accomplish... simple as that!

pre weight was 190, current is 192.4... so all in all... I know for a fact that I\'ve been dropping BF AND STILL GAINING lean mass.

In previous natural cutting cycles... I\'ve ALWAYS lost weight... PERIOD. While using the EPI this time around, I\'ve actually gained weight. Strength gains were the biggest plus - went up 35-50 lbs on compound exercises...squats/bench presses/deadlifts... etc,

up 15-20 lbs on combined isolation exercises... preacher curls/leg curls/tricep rope extensions... etc, up 5-10 lbs on single isolation exercises... hammer curls/dumbbell rows... etc. I can visually see that I\'m leaner without a doubt. At the same time... I\'ve also noticed some areas that I concentrated on have gained... traps, delts and lats. Lets just say this - on a caloric DEFICIT... there should be no gains. I started a cycle of Epi-Strong on January 8th and will be taking my last cap in a few hours. I thought I\'d post a review for those interested. Dosing was 30/45/60/60. I was hesitant to go to 60mg, but people told me to listen to my body and if I had no sides then go for it.

Heureusement, I really had no negative sides to speak of the whole time. No blood pressure issues, no hair loss, and strong libido all through cycle. I had very minor calf pumps a few times on the Stairmaster and only had noticeable back pumps twice, but they were never enough to impact my workout. I kept an eye on my boys and noticed no significant change in size throughout the cycle.

For support supplements I used N2 Guard (7 capsules par jour) and Super Cissus RX (6 à 8 capsules par jour). My joints held up well the whole time. I only started to have a little pain in my elbow & wrist joints and some tendons in the middle of this week. I also used HCGenerate (5 capsules par jour) starting in week two.

Diet was a totally clean six meals a day - high protein and plenty of healthy fats, with carbs coming in the form of a grapefruit at breakfast and oats with pre and post workout meals.

Strength increases were real nice. They really became noticeable around day 10 and kept going up from there. I was setting PRs on virtually every exercise at each workout. The big core lifts went up nicely - 20 pounds on deadlift, autour 20 on bench, and not sure on squats since a few pages of workout logs went missing. I also had a 25 pound increase on Smith behind the neck presses. Today I was doing curls and pushdowns with the full stack on the cable-pulley setup.

And now for the numbers everyone wants to know. I started at 187.6 pounds and weighed in this afternoon at 198.2, a little over a 10 pound gain. My goal was 200 but I still consider this a success since I came very close and strength shot up nicely. I started a slow lean bulk in September at a shredded 166 and my long term goal was 200 with abs and I\'ve pretty much met that goal, partially thanks to Epi-Strong. Lean bulking is so the way to go - I\'ve put on 32 pounds since September and I\'m still wearing the same size khakis. I have a comprehensive pct lined up with a SERM and other stuff so I\'m hoping to add a little bit more over the next few weeks.

All in all I was pleased with Epi-Strong, my first experience with a DS. I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you\'re interested.
