As you can see in the first picture Lee started his pre-contest diet at 215 pounds. He wasn’t in “bad” shape, but certainly not lean enough to compete in a bodybuilding competition.
The second picture was taken on stage at the competition. After 12 weeks of strict dieting he got his body weight down to a ripped 187 pounds.
Then right after the competition was over, the post contest pig out began...
