Como un culturista, one of the biggest things you have to worry about when going on vacation is how you're going to juice. Después de todo, it isn't like you can just throw your gear in a bad and drive down the road. You're luggage is searched and scrutinized by airport security. I can tell you from personal experience that it's really nerve-wracking being in line when you are trying to get steroids through customs.
And it might get even more nerve-wracking since it seems like airport security is tightening up everywhere in the US. De hecho, a recent venture by a CNN photographer recently uncovered this growing phenomenon.
The photographer, Taryn Simon, photographed a bunch of stuff that was getting seized at JFK International Airport for a story that CNN was running. The photographer uncovered some pretty weird and quirky things such as dead birds, cow dung toothpaste, chicken feet, and a deer penis. And while all of this is funny, the real issue is the ungodly amounts of steroids that were photographed.
Judging from the photographs, you would think it's nearly impossible to get steroids out of the US when flying! The whole thing is making me a little leary about transporting gear in the future.
