.....8 Week bulking cycle for newbies explained.....
It's time to bulk for you? But, do you know what bulking is? Bulking up means you gain mass and do it to the max. The more mass the better, that's a bulk!
First thing you need to bulk is a good diet. I suggest you use your weight x 20 = daily calories. An example for a 220lbs (100kg) male would be: 220 x 20 = 4,400 calories.
