I've been considering seeking therapy for my anxiety, but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and uncertain about where to start. I've heard about different types of therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy, but I'm not sure which one would be best for me.
