3 Board Press: 1RMx85lbs - 10 lb PR
Clean and Press: 3 RMx65lbs - 15 lb PR
JM Press: 2x3x45lbs
Incline DB Press: 2x10x15lbs
Seated DB Cleans: 4x8x15lbs
Straight Leg Raises: 3x15
I was so excited about the 15 lb PR on the clean & press. That's only the 2nd time in my life to do them, for a 3 rep max, that is.
