SBT's death to shyness, Resurrection to the stage 2007

sbt2082

Alrighty.... well my goals have changes QUITE a bit since I joined EF back in the SPring, and I think my log should be a reflection of that. SOooooo, when I joined I was too shy to even post originally until some people talked me into it, then next came the log... and now after being motivated by some of you on here and gettin in some @$$ kickin workouts I have decided that I wanna compete!....
So now after a few months of discovering of what I don't want to do, and new fuel to accomplish a goal I'm making this log. I'm done with people pulling me in numerous directions. So this is going to be cut and dry, advice always appreciated, but don't be hurt if I don't actually do it. This is a fresh new start to the new improved and up front person. I have had many opportunities from many different people to help me, and others' who were leading me to my demise. I WILL be on stage summer 2007, I believe in myself, my abilities, and I have a great friend who will assist me in reaching my new aspirations Treilin :rose:. She is kicking my @ss in the gym and I'm working on the diet portion. I have a few basic ideas of what to do when it comes to cutting ideas and this is where I may need some help later on down the road for sure but for now

The new log will include:
Weights
cardio
Food
Daily events (If I feel like it)
Moods
And whatever else I feel like adding in
LIke pics (which are still TBD ;) )

I hope for everyone's support on making this a great experience, and thanks in advance to all those who helped me, and will help me, that I may forget to convey to them when I'm crabby and low on fuel

CROPPER!!!! Way to go on posting pics Shan. Not shy & forgot BRAVE. :)

Your calves look bigger, and yes I WOULD notice that. No front pose or dbl bi ? Just wondering how shoudlers look like in the front pose position, may wanna add one later for reference.

No idea what you're talking about with your 'fat' pics lol :splat:.

Legs reflect that heavy lifting you've been doing.
:) Kill it girl :)

Definitely more definition in the legs....and the back too!! Awesome work!! Props to you & that girl you workout with.... :lmao:

Agreement - mostly what I see is more shape. Good job!

Did you list stats yet or did I miss it? wt / bf?

Thanks for the front shot. I believe alot of figure gals posing needs lots of work, maybe I get that from Sassy ;) ... mine included. You look more relaxed & non robotic in the current shot. I'm still trying to find which look best on me. Im sure the stuff you're doing for posing will pay off. I saw the 90 sec Vacs with Lats. :)

How long do you plan to run the bulk for? Shaving cals now?

Also forgot to address the calorie question, there for a while I had upped them to about 1900 but going back to the 1750 range at a 50/30/20 and seeing where that gets me :)

:FRlol:

We don't have a real donkey calf machine, I miss those...
Ummm lets see if I can describe it, squat down like you are sitting in an imaginary chair (so knees at a 90 degree angle and toes/knees angled out at 45 degrees) then rise up on your tip toes and hold it as long as possible... which after killing your legs doesn't take long to get the shakies ;)

(basically its a finishing move for your quads/calves to get a burnout)

Ahhh no need to be envious :lmao: Actually I couldn't tell you the last time I ever had more then two or three days off in a row LOL, so this will definately be nice for a change :) Lots of recipes that need to be tried out anyways, so this is a great week to do that as well!

Well, enjoy it, girl! And don't forget to post up all your recipes that turn out well ;)

Also, I went to Whole Foods today to check out ground bison that I think you and T have mentioned. They only had 90% lean ground buffalo and no macros for it. Is this what you buy or is there a leaner cut? I obviously passed this time around, but it would be nice to have another meat in there for variety.

Hope you're havin' a good one :)

yeah yea, u know your dying to be KILLING that SHIT!

time away from the gym is a great thing once in a while. Really lets you heal and makes sure overtraining is not a factor.....

the gym will always be there! obviously you know cuz u look great and have been there ALL the time!
