How should you tan at the tanning bed?

Should you go back in even if you are still sore, but not really red?
If you are sore, red/pink, itchy or tingle - you've gotten too much. Do not go back until it's COMPLETELY gone.....AND when you DO go back you need to DECREASE YOUR TIME. You have just damaged your skin. A sunburn over and over in one area significantly increases you chances of abnormal skin cells (in that same area) in the future.

Use a good after sun product - not something from the store that's all chemicals - get some Designer Skin - Angel, or Fiesta Sun - Git R Done from a salon. Those are both AWESOME moisturizers and you will love either one.

Wherever you went should not have allowed you to tan for the amount of time they did. Good luck and NO MORE BURNING!!!:velvett: :)

I went again today (4th time), I laid for like 6 minutes this time. The beds are Wolffe, zx30 or something like that. I have been using some moisturizer that said it was indoor/outdoor w/ bronzer that my ex gf left at my apartment last year. I figured this was better then nothing.

Monday 8 minutes, got a little pink
wed 7 minutes
Sat 6 or 7, I got burned on this day, The bed must have newer bulbs
Tue 6, I am pretty sure I'm not burned today

Thanks for yall's help.

oh yeah, definitely nude, but you gotta sock it. haha.

once i get a tan, what is the average that needs to be done to keep the tan over the fall and winter months. Is it like 15 minutes every 2 weeks? thanks.
