need advice on heart rate monitors

I'm looking for a good heart rate monitor in the range of $60-$100

Will mainly and probably only be used to track heart rate during cardio sessions. So I don't really care about the mroe expensive ones with a million other features.

People who use or have used one, give me some recommendations. What do you use right now, or what did you use in the past and if you were going to buy one today what things would you look for?
