rate my protein shake..

My PWO shake includes 2 scoops of whey, 8oz. water, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 3/4 cup light yogurt, 1/2 cup peanut butter, tbls. of honey, and 2 raw eggs. What do yall think about this PWO shake? My bedtime shake only includes 2 scoops of whey. Is that ok? I'm tryin to gain some lmm, and cut a little fat. I'm i headed in the right direction? Any comments, positive or negative please leave them. Thanks bros.
 
Drop everything but the whey. The cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter will slow digestion, and you dont really want a fat source PWO anyway. Just have a 2:1 ratio of simple carbs to whey, i.e. 40g carb from dextrose & 40g carb from maltodextrin. These are both fast digesting sources of carbohydrates, necessary to replenish glycogen stores in muscles after weight training. Ok, where do yall recommend gettin dextrose and maltindextrine? What do yall think about the bedtime shake?
