Elitefitness most improved physique of 2005 contest before pictures deadline.

Ok folks thanx to the help of the allmighty Radar the contest is now official.The deadline for you to post the pictures is the 30th of this month.After this date no more contestants will be allowed to enter.You must put up a picture holding up a newspaper with the current date and the rest of the pictures with different poses wich are on the sticky on the top of this page.The contest is open to all ages ,sizes,genders.Post your pictures on the sticky with the required poses and the newspaper along with your stats and in 4 months you post the after pictures of the new you.Then the members of elite will vote on who made the best overall improvement on their physique and deserves to be the winner.Good luck to all.
