Stacking Fat Burners - How?, why?, etc.

Right now, the only fat burners I use are YES (topical) and CB. I would like to introduce Levorex (sp?) in the near future.

Can someone experienced in taking fat burners define the term "stacking" for those (including myself) that have never taken fat burners prior to joining EF? I've seen it used in different threads and I have no idea what it means.

Also, define cycling. Do you switch fat burners every 2-3 weeks? How long is a cycle?

Cycling for you, depends on when you "feel" the effects wear off......

Im not so sure I go by that as Ive seen folks get more andmore cut on Clen for example, long after it "should" have worn off.....same with ephedrine etc.

Good questions NYC!!

How many would you take a day?? Would 1 alone make any difference??

Still have these "Stacker" Brand stuff sitting around....

I just posted this on another thread. Levorex is the other half of Thermorexin. It was originally one formula but it didn't fit into a capsule so it was split. Then Levorex was split a second time because it still didn't fit in a capsule. That's why you have to use 4 for full strength. Cardio Breeze uses most of the things in Thermorexin with the Yohimbine and synephrine taken out because they cause empty stomach nausea.

The reason you would use Glucorell R/YES/Levorex/Thermorexin (or Cardio Breeze) is because there are several things that you need to address when you cut. There are various receptors that are like switches around your body that control where your body wants to hold fat. And they have to be shut off with materials that fit those switches (like a key in a lock) and will block them from working. There is also the process of thermogensis. This is when your body temperature goes up from internal heat. It can be done with exercise (why you get hot and sweat) or chemically as seen with Clen, Cardio Breeze or Thermorexin.

Glucorell R
When you eat carbs your body lets loose insulin. Insulin is like a spoon that picks up the glucose your body makes out of the carbs and feeds it to your cells. This is a problem if your cells are resistant to the insulin because they won't absorb the glucose. In other words the cell won't eat. They get tired from you giving them carbs all your life and become weaker. So your body needs to pump out more and more insulin to hold that spoon up for the cells to eat. So what's wrong with too much insulin? Your body stops burning fat in the presence of insulin. So as long as it's there, no matter what you take or do you're not going to burn any fat. When you take Glucorell R it ignites the power plants (mitochondria) in those weak cells. It causes them to uptake many times the glucose they would without it. This shut off the insulin pump because the glucose is cleared faster. So your body can continue burning fat.

Levorex
Evodiamine was found to shut off a previously unknown receptor that controls fat burning. Also Green Tea Extract EGCG/ALCAR increase your metabolism through chemical processes that will cause thermogensis (fat burning by internal heat). These 3 work without much affect on the CNS so you don't feel them working or feel any energy boost.

Thermorexin/Cardio Breeze

These two, as I said are pretty close in terms of thermogenics that heat you up and increase your metabolism. These two products work in different pathways than Levorex and don't have much to do with receptors holding fat. Instead they heat you up and give your body a tremendous boost of energy to train harder with. Thermorexin also adds an appetite suppressant and focus ingredients.

YES
The grand daddy of them all. Your body has receptors termed A2 receptors. These little bastards hold fat in places that you don't want it and they won't let go. In women that's mainly thighs, triceps, and those glorious glutes. Many people work out like animals and lose fat everywhere but these A2 areas, and it's frustrating. Then one day several years ago a man named Dan Duchaine discovered that yohimbine hcl FIT the A2 receptor and could shut it off. Holy Smokes!!! His first idea, he was little wacky, was to inject it every 15 minutes into the fat. Not practical.
Enter Yohimburn. Yohimburn ES is a lotion that you can put on the problem fat areas. It takes the yohimbine hcl through your skin and into the fat where the A2 lives to make your life miserable. And then the yohimbine hcl binds to the receptor and shuts it off. When it does your body stops holding fat there. It releases the fat and you're able to workout and use it like you would any other energy source. That in itself would be, and was, a great product. But ES has to stand for something and it's extra strength. The "ES" is the fat burners, jacked up of course, that are in Themorexin but in smaller doses. So when the A2's let go the fat you have about 2 hours worth of extra fat burners cooking it off.

Thanks for such an informative post, Ulter!! Can you post some detail on when to take all these in a typical day?

I know you can take CardioBreeze 30 mins before AM cardio and now take glucorell-R before my breakfast and lunch which are my meals with abt 25-30g of complex carbs. Where do I fit in T-Rex and Levorex in a typical day?
Also, should you cycle on and off with any of these? Should you take T-Rex and CardioBreeze on the same day or just take T-Rex on your non-cardio days to substitute for CardioBreeze? Sorry for so many questions, but all this stuff together is pretty pricy, and I want to make sure I'm putting them to use as effectively as possible.

As for YES, I'm holding off right now and saving my bottle for later because I think my bf% is too high (23%).

I suggest since you have the Trex that you use it when you're not doing cardio. So on non-cardio days and on cardio days after you've eaten. I don't know how much CB you're using or what your tolerance to Thermorexin is so I can't say how much to use. Just start slowly is what we tell everyone. So you'll take your CB, do cardio, then a few hours later have a Trex. Levorex would be once upon rising and then between meals two more times.

THANK YOU! Just sent more karma your way....

<touch wood> I have yet to have any issues so far with T-rex </touch wood> even with taking it on an empty stomach etc., but I'll start off with one since CB is new to me. I'll report back to this thread if I have any issues.

Should I continue with this routine till I reach my goal bf% even if it takes up to 12+ weeks?
