This is an update to my monthly cutting results log: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=382752
this month has been really something: I got injured TWICE, ate a lot, started a new program, crashed my car... and learned a lot!!!
In a nutshell, it has been a really good month, I reached my goal of 60 lbs lighter, and my next immediate goal of being 200 lbs (for the first time in about 10 years) it is just some 2 weeks away MAX.
So here are the details:
My initial stats, as of 13.09.04 were:
264 lbs
40% Body Fat
158,4 lbs LBM
105,6 lbs FAT
After 7 months I am at:
203,9 lbs
24% BF
155 lbs LBM
48,9 lbs FAT
So results after 7 months of straight cutting are
60,06 lbs lighter (94,3% of that weight lost is fat)
As usual, you can find the graph of this here:
Now, the thing I really like about this month is that after all the inconvenients I had (injuries and travel), I gained weight at the beginning-middle ot the month, weight I had to drop just to be again at my starting point (end of last month)... In general, this month I dropped 9,5 lbs... which actually left me in a positive balance of 3,7 lbs BELOW my previous month...
Another good thing I discovered is that this the month where I have lost the less LBM (not counting the initial month where I gained LBM)... so you can see that eating more does good indeed.
My injuries are all gone now, and I have started my revamped cardio program, it is not a cardiofest as originally intended (that is what got me the knee injury, screw you HIIT), but I am still doing cardio 9 times a week (this will go for 10 more weeks).
