If I want 400mgs per week, do I take the whole 2cc's at once? Or take 2 shots of 200mg per week?
How do I properly take EQ?

It doesn't matter if you take it all at once or not because it's long ester, however i've noticed that since I've started taking 2 shots per week instead of 1 that i don't get that sickly hunger feeling any more!
I'm just asking because some books that I read say that it must be taken EOD or E3rd day. Since it is only active for about 7-9 days.
Why do some books say 7-9 days?

i had 2 vials of eq, 1 was 50mg/ml and the other was 200mg/ml i did 200mgs on monday and 50mgs ed and i loved it, i have 2 eq 200mg's now and i plan on doing 200mgs on monday and 200mgs on thur so we shall see hope that helps bro

I like to do 600mg/week split into 2 shots.
2 shots per week. Keeps a better steady state of gear in your system.
I only want to take 400mgs per week for now. So I guess I'll take 2 200mg shots per week. One on Monday and the other Thursday.
