8:00 A.M. – 4 Levorex, 2 TYR-2, 2 Glucorell-R, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC, 2 Dietex, 16.9 oz water

8:30 A.M. -
Meal # 1:
- 1.5 containers of Better 'n Eggs
- ½ cup Quaker oats oatmeal (slow cooked oatmeal, not instant)
- ½ cup FF milk
- Packet Splenda
- Sprinkle Cinn
- 16.9 oz water
- Sprinkle Reduced Fat Sargento Cheddar Cheese & Pepper for eggs

8:45 A.M. – 1 serving Trident White

Man I'm so jealous. I went to bed relatively early last nite & nevre really fell asleep. Plus I was frozen half the nite & sweating the other half.
