Damn girl! Those weighted situps make my back hurt!

I haven't done any ab work in almost 6 weeks.

Yeah, i was seriously thinking about that 25lb plate and 25-30 reps and just about sheet ma drawers!!!! That's insane! How long did it take you to get up to that? I'm using a 10lb plate right now and that hurts me bbbbbaaaaaaad. i'm a wuss :rolleyes:

Great work on those weighted 'cline situps. That's a huge jump from the last one.

Thank girl :) I have been pushing myself harder these days, making sure to up my weights, grip and rip :) :rose:

Warm up 10 Minute walk, No Incline, 2.5 – 3.0 mph
Cool Down 3 Minutes, Incline 3, 3.0 - 3.5 mph

75 Seconds ON
- 13 Cycles, No Incline, 9.0 mph
- 1 Cycle, No Incline, 10.0 mph
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
60 Seconds RECOVERY – 14 Cycles, No Incline, 3.5 mph
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***I think the extra cap Cardio Breeze helped push to add at least and extra 15 sec to each ON cycle…if I wasn’t running late I would have got abs in as well***

8:20 A.M. – 1 Glucorell-R, 2 D-Root, 3 PureCEE

8:45 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine, 1 tbsp raspberries, 1 Strawberry

9:30 A.M. – 72 oz water

Ok... I have other pics at home for reference but this is what I have been doing...

I carbed up trying to hit 2000 cals Monday and Tuesday of this week (actual cals have been posted previously)... I've taken pics Tuesday, Wed., Thurs., today and will tomorrow so HOPEFULLY you can see the results/benefits of carbing up...

Sorry, if they are hard to see as these were taken with my camera phone... the photos from Tues. & Wed. I will post up tomorrow...

My shoulders/delts are SICK, traps and lats suck but I'm not competing so i dont care...

These were taken on the April 7th




I took 2 pics upon rising and 2 just now for S...stomach ones...









My chest is also coming in VERY nicely... I know pics tomorrow will be great... I may even take some sunday and tan up... :D
