Re the diet,
Meal 1- 100g oats, 100g 0% Greek yogurt, roughly 100g of mixed berries, 20g of peanut butter. All blended into a shake,
Meal 2- 200g beef mince, 200g white rice
Meal 3- 2x 1/4 pound beef...
