    Benching Double ur Weight

to be fair, at lower bodyweights a bodyweight bench is much easier. you are aiming at say a 140 kilo bench, you would need to put 15 kilos/33 lbs on your bench in 6 weeks - that may be possible man the only way to find out is to try it. prioritize bench and do some assistance exercises for...

    romanian deadlift

yup keep bar contact with the legs thru the rep, keep the chest puffed out and push your ass back to lower the weight, let the knees bend a bit as you go down but not as much as an actual deadlift obviously. but if your lower back is a lot weaker than your hamstrings, it could still get sore...

    eating while lifting

YES you need to eat to gain, you need to eat more than you think you should in most cases unless you are a fatass. if your pants are looser (around the waist, not thighs) but you weigh the same, you probably gained LBM and lost fat but if you wanna gain you need more food, and try not to make...

I've cut my shins deadlifting twice now.

olympic lifters set up with shins touching the bar or a hair away, and a mark rippetoe uses 'drag the bar up the legs' as a coaching cue to teach the deadlift. so contact with the shins is not necessarily a form error

I've cut my shins deadlifting twice now.

well re-reading this it really depends on what 'heavily grazed' means. some contact is normal if the bar is kept close to the body where it belongs but if it's starting in front of you too far when you begin the lift, the 'graze' might have a bit too much bite to it. i'm sure you'll be able to...

I've cut my shins deadlifting twice now.

sounds like you're not getting set up right, so the bar is swinging in toward your center of gravity when you pick it up and whacking you. definitely a form issue, you dont see people whacking their shins at PL meets, olympic lifters will drag the bar up the shins sometimes with light contact...

    Help me, vertical jump workout

which day? you are doing like 4 kinds of squat day 1, and heavy back squats on the other days too, it's like you picked every squat and speed squat related exercise that exists and just split them up between 3 days. plus you are totally neglecting your upper body which is important to jumping...

is 2L of milk per day is too much?

I drink a few glasses to a quart of organic milk every day, usually whole milk, and it seems to agree with me just fine. the organic milk has a better flavor i find, and there's no concern over antibiotics or hormone usage if the brand is reputable (i stick with organic valley)

Two Simple Questions For Anyone With Even Relative Knowledge of Weight-Loss

well it is more difficult, more work without weights. the exercises simm82 lists are all solid recommendations, but if you had access to a barbell you could do 3 exercises twice a week and probably have more benefit to your muscles (though the calisthenics will be better to improve your general...
