When I did my shows I increased cardio to 60 minutes at night after training and 30 minutes in the morning empty stomach. That's 90 minutes a day for 2-3 weeks before show. The last week I decreased the cardio and carb up. I think your 30 minutes a day is not close to enough.
I hit a couple on my quads and no blood splattered. I had pain and dizziness but nothing I couldn't handle. If you choose to inject it's bound to happen. Like I said no biggie to me.

I was told as a youngster after going hard for 3-4 months, it's good to take a week off. It's great for your joints, tendons and even your nervous system. If you feel guilty do maybe 3 days of cardio during that week for 20-30 minutes. Your body will thank you.

I'm 51 and on TRT. Best decision I've ever made. Get regular blood checks and all is good. Better sense of well being etc. But again, I'm 51, on TRT for a year and a half.
