So on your bench press I would warm up with the 45 lb bar and then throw on the 25's for a set and then move onto 45's for a set and then the working set with 45 and 25 on each side. How did you warmup?
I would use HGH or IGF-1. IGF-1 is easy to get and legal from Umbrella Labs.
HGH you can get from PSL and its cheap. Both IGF-1 and HGH are cheaper and much more effective than running a sarms cycle.
My wife and I both train 3 days per week and we are beat up. I can’t imagine training each muscle group more than 1X per week. We are also on gear as well as GH and IGF-1.
