Relax -- if a platinum member uses the search function and pulls up the original 'dog ate my dbol' thread -- they will quickly realize that your dog will be fine and you don't need to do anything. He ate 100mg of dbol. That isn't THAT much.

I know Quad gets by on low doses -- and for that I commend him. I just happen to be a member at a board with a great deal of competitors who are open about their useage and it is always very high.

I hope you mean 1000mg ED. You are kidding yourself to say pros only do that much. The amount of drugs that gets used by even semi-high ranking competitors would make most of this board look like they were afraid (and they should be afraid -- the drug use situation at semi elite to elite level...

I was about as strong you when I started lifting and I feel I jumped the gun a little bit. In some ways it was good but at times it makes me wonder a little. I would get your big lifts up by 25-50 pounds first. I might be preaching something I didn't do, but I wish I would have done it...

We certainly do not get paid for donating blood where I live. It's considered charity work here.

Naturally they will not use blood if they know you have used, but who is to say you have to tell them? We all know the media overhypes the dangers of steroids and the effects the have on blood while off are virtually non-existant (even while on, maybe elevated RBC would occur, but not much else).

What exactly will they test it for? I would assume that after being clean for several monthst that there is no reason the blood would be tainted.

Does anyone know how long one should be clean before blood can safely be donated? I've heard it is about 9-12 months, but I thought I would double check what the verdict is.
