a lower fat alternative is to steam it, I love Pacific salmon (any kind). I love to put lemongrass/ginger, lime leaves, garlic, and chilis in the steaming liquid. hit it with some soy, green onions and lime juice!
slimply grill the tuna with a little olive oil
when done to your likeness, place on steamed brown or jasmine rice
drizzle with lime or lemon juice
