I mean, you can stack any SARMs together if you want. I would read our articles on them. I would tend to use LGD more for adding mass and RAD more for a recomp or in a good cutting stack. RAD can definitely be used to gain mass too though.
It comes down to the individual person and their schedule. For me, I work mon-fri so on Sunday I like to chill and make all my food. Puts me in the right mindset to start a new week.
Cardarine is definitely what you want. Definitely go with our approved sources so you know you get the real compound. Umbrella Labs and RCS are good to go.
I have seen guys do it with deca and it is usually around 100mg per week. It is typically for joint pain relief though. Not sure how it would work for you but you can always try it out and see how it goes.
I train each part 1x per week. Now, you can go 2x for certain parts but just ensure you are recovering. If not, you are not doing your body any favours.
