    EQ has increased my appetite, I have no desire to eat junk or sugar, vegetables, fruit, protein starches are what my body is craving. This is a fantastic compound and I will definitely run it again, very happy, excited to see what the next few weeks bring.

    I will do the eggs and a whole avocado next week they are amongst my favorite foods. I swapped tonight’s rice for a sweet tater and 3 cups of spinach with walnuts, feta( once per week), tangerines and homemade vinaigrette.

    I do 2 sets of 5 reps bar only then 95lbs 5 reps 135lbs 3 reps 185 lbs if doing 225+ I jumped from 135 to 180 and probably should have gone 165 or so. This is the first I’ve experienced that, 2/3rd sets were better
