increase water intake
increase fish oil
eat oats (or take oat fiber supplements)

if you are prone, that pattern will almost guarantee sides.
your might want to try 50mg for 2-3 weeks. no guarantee you wont get any sides (since you appear to be somewhat prone), though if you do they will be significantly less.
