are you taking creatine (of any kind)? if so cut that out a couple days before test lower protein intake for 2-3 days increase water intake increase fish oil eat oats (or take oat fiber supplements) if there is time would add sesapure lecithin red yeast rice

if you are prone, that pattern will almost guarantee sides. your might want to try 50mg for 2-3 weeks. no guarantee you wont get any sides (since you appear to be somewhat prone), though if you do they will be significantly less.

600-1500mg per day, spread out with meals. typically take 200mg per meal.
