It's fine, but usually people don't notice much from equipoise when combining it with tren. Equipoise is much more moderate steroid, I like it's cosmetic effect mostly.

I like to combine, machines give better pump and isolation, compounds give more strength and more muscles work together. I also like to do body weight exercises to be more athletic and carry heavy weight easy.
